DA’s company management system operates on the basis of continuous improvement of all our processes, focusing on improving service delivery to clients, addressing our relationships with suppliers and publishers, and reducing the incidence of errors. Since achieving our ‘five ticks’ accreditation to ISO 9002:1994 on 24 August 1995, we have maintained this standard successfully, through quarterly internal audits, half-yearly external audits and triennial re-certification audits, upgrading to the new ISO 9001:2000 in October 2001. DA continues to be audited by SAI-Global (formerly Standards Australia Quality Assurance Services) and on January 18, 2008 DA was again commended for its quality management system. For customers and suppliers, this means we continue to do it by the book!
