Freight free, provided you regularly stock our lists and your net annual purchases exceed $10,000. In other instances, freight is charged.

Returns
Returns are accepted only between 3 and 12 months (15% returns cap textbooks) from invoice date. Returned books must be in mint condition and returned at your expense. Goods must be authorised for return by our Trade Customer Service staff or Manager-Trade Sales.
Recorded orders
Orders for non supplied (NYP or out of stock) titles will be automatically recorded unless specified on your order. Back Order reports are available on request.
Claims
Claims for wrongly supplied, short shipped or damaged books must be made within one month of invoice date. Please quote the invoice number when making contact. Permission to return is required and a credit note or replacement will be issued.
